The Answer;

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

One can recite the following Du‘a after Wudu (with Durud Sharif before and after it), “Translation O Allāĥ Make me amongst those who repent abundantly and make me amongst those who stay clean”. (Jami’ Al Tirmidhi, pp. 121, vol. 1, Hadith 55)

In a further Hadith is is stated, “If a person makes wudu properly and recites the Kalima of Shahada, all eight portals of Jannah will be opened for him and he may enter through any one he desires”. (Sunan Darimi, pp. 196, vol. 1, Hadith 716)

Another Hadith states the excellence of reciting Surah al Qadr after wudu, “If a person recites Surah al Qadr once after performing wudu, he will be amongst the Siddiqin and if he recites it twice, he will be amongst the Shuhada and if he recites it three times, Allah will keep him with His prophets on the Day of Judgement.” (Kanz-ul’Ummal, pp. 132, vol. 9, Ḥadith 26085, Al Havi lil Fatawa lis Suyuti, pp. 402, 403, vol. 1)

It is further mentioned that ones eyesight will never weaken if he looks up to the sky after performing wudu and recites Surah al Qadr. (Masaail ul Quran, pp. 291)

And Allah(swt) alone knows best.
